The Market Research Council hosted a webinar where pollsters Peter D. Hart and Jeff Horwitt from Hart Research Associates discussed what they are seeing in their research among voters across the country given the unprecedented changes and challenges that this election cycle has seen.

In a conversation moderated by Sarah Dutton, President at Rockland Dutton Research & Consulting, and Jim Donius, President & CEO at Marketplace Measurement Worldwide, the webinar will explore: What matters most to voters at this stage as the country adjusts to a new normal and economic anxiety hangs over the ballot box. Will this be a traditional midterm election where the party in power loses seats and voters make a course correction, or will voters buck historical trends and will concerns about threats to abortion rights and our democracy matter more, along with the belief that we are making progress on the economy and lowering costs.
