Elaine Riddell is Managing Director, Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips and a growth activist who believes that breakthrough potential exists in every company. As a CEO, for over 15 years (NOPWorld Health, a unit of UBM; TNS Healthcare; and Kantar Health), she is recognized for transforming mature, stagnant, global data, analytics, and consulting firms into high-performing, market-leaders with sustained, profitable revenue growth at three-times the market rate; she has a unique knack for growing businesses rapidly and at highly attractive margins.

Keith Price is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of ACKWEST Group. Keith is an entrepreneur with a passion for driving innovation to create customer-focused organizations. He has over 25 years of experience in building and leading technology-based businesses in the insights and data intelligence industry, consistently delivering outstanding results in growth and operational excellence. Before ACKWEST Keith along with Hugh Davis, founded Reimagine Holdings in 2011, a premier global insights provider dedicated to simplifying the creation of insights for fact-based business decisions. Reimagine operated globally with over 250 employees and $100m of revenue and was acquired in 2019.

Chris Barnes is president of Escalent. He has a deep background in market and public opinion research, including co-founding the Center for Survey Research and Analysis at the University of Connecticut where he led ongoing studies on the business climate presented to regional economists quarterly. He has led studies for many of the nation’s top companies in insurance, banking, wealth and health insurance sectors. His studies have appeared frequently in the national media, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Times and Time cover stories. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Kenyon College and a master’s degree in political science with a concentration in survey research at the University of Connecticut.

Simon Chadwick (moderator) is Managing Partner of Cambiar Consulting, a change management consulting firm he founded in 2004. Prior to this, he was CEO of numerous market research companies in Europe and the US. Simon is deeply involved in the insights industry. He was the inaugural Chair of the Insights Association and is Editor-in-Chief of Research World. He and his colleagues are frequent contributors at conferences and seminars. He is a prolific writer, having published over 400 articles on the research profession, and is author of For the People: A Citizen’s Manifesto to Shaping Our Nation’s Future, an in-depth study of American politics and society. Simon is a Fellow of the Market Research Society and a Laureate of the Insights Association, and holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University.
