The MRC Executive Leadership Program
The MRC Executive Leadership Program is designed to fill an industry-wide gap in developing leadership beyond technical expertise to provide insights professionals that can drive organizational change – leaders who can truly put the customer at the heart of organizations. As an individual members organization, founded in 1927, we are passionate about creating insight leaders for the future.
Unlike many training and development programs this one is awarded on merit to a cohort of 10 outstanding individuals who are nominated and then selected by the MRC Executive Leadership Program Committee (see details of participant criteria).
To help us fund this program we are looking for donors, benefactors and sponsors who want to support the development of future leaders. We are grateful to donors who contribute any amount of money to help us achieve our goals.
- To become a benefactor (with honorable mention), contribute $100 or more.
- To become a corporate sponsor (with honorable mention), contribute $1,000 or more.

• Named benefactor (only one, $50k minimum)
○ Benefactor’s name included in the program title forever
○ Submit a candidate to the program
• Headline benefactor / sponsor (only one, $30k)
○ Name included in the program title (brought you in 2025 by…)
○ Headline on slide used at all MRC events to promote the program
○ Marketing kit, email
○ 2 tickets to the Hall of Fame
○ Invitation to the graduation ceremony, speaking slot (networking event)
○ Speaker from the company features in the training
• Gold benefactor / sponsor (only one, $20k)
○ Same as Headline, without name in the program title
○ Silver benefactor / sponsor (up to two, $15k)
○ Same as Gold but without speaker slot at graduation, and speaker at training
• Bronze benefactor / sponsor, (up to three, $10k)
○ Same as Silver, without candidate
• Sponsor an individual – for 1 year ($7k), and we let you know who the individual is
• Graduation ceremony ($10k)
• Dinner ($5k)
• Welcome Swag Bag ($3k)
• Recognition awards ($2k)
