The new global brand platform is much more than an ad campaign – Bess will discuss the customer insights and research that propelled the pivot forward, as well as how the new brand is coming to life in everything from recruitment, to servicing, to customer experiences, to TV commercials.

Bess Spaeth currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Brand Media and Experiences. She leads a team that manages American Express’ global media planning and buying strategies and industry-defining sponsorships and experiential marketing programs. Bess joined American Express over 15 years ago, and has since held numerous marketing and leadership positions across the business.
